Booking is easy! You can book directly through our website by filling out the booking form, call us at our phone number, or send us a WhatsApp message. We’ll confirm your reservation within 24 hours and send you all the details via email.
All our transfers include: professional English-speaking driver, complimentary bottled water, WiFi on board, vehicle insurance, meet and greet service at the airport, and flight tracking to ensure we’re there when you land, even if your flight is delayed.
Yes! We provide complimentary child seats and booster seats upon request. Please let us know the age and weight of your child when booking so we can prepare the appropriate safety seat. We have infant seats, convertible car seats, and booster seats available.
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows are non-refundable. However, we understand that travel plans can change, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your reservation.
While we can accommodate last-minute bookings subject to availability, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle and time slot. During peak season (December-April), we suggest booking 1-2 weeks ahead to ensure availability.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfers, and cash (USD or Dominican Pesos). Payment can be made in advance through our secure online system or directly to your driver. We also accept Venmo and Zelle for US customers.
Absolutely! All our drivers are fully licensed, background-checked, and have extensive experience in tourist transportation. Our entire fleet is fully insured with comprehensive coverage, and we maintain all required permits for commercial passenger transport in the Dominican Republic.
Yes! We can arrange brief stops for shopping, ATM visits, or grabbing supplies on your way to your destination. Please let us know when booking if you’d like to make any stops. Extended stops or additional destinations may incur additional charges, which we’ll discuss with you in advance.
